What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements, user flows and process needs.
- Prepare feature briefs, workflow maps and implementation notes for delivery teams.
- Support discovery discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Help validate that proposed solutions match business goals and operational reality.
What we are looking for
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into clear requirements.
- Comfort collaborating with developers, designers and client-facing teams.
- Interest in ecommerce, SaaS, automation or digital transformation is a plus.
